Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Python scripting, Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, and GUI Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and ensuring the quality of web-based applications.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation
  • Strong programming experience with Python
  • Hands-on experience with Robot Framework
  • Expertise in Selenium WebDriver automation
  • Experience with Playwright for modern web application testing
  • Strong experience in GUI/UI Testing
  • Experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch
  • Knowledge of API Testing and automation
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, Robot Framework, Selenium, and Playwright
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Perform GUI testing across multiple browsers and platforms
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams
  • Analyze test results and report defects
  • Improve automation coverage and testing efficiency
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA planning activities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
