Job Description
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III (L3 Support Lead) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Base24 on HP NonStop, ISO 8583, and ATM/POS transaction processing and a proven ability to lead L3 support operations, resolve production issues, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as L3 team lead and single point of contact for delivery coordination.
- Coordinate closely with L2 support, development, and testing teams.
- Oversee tracking, monitoring, and status reporting of activities and incidents.
- Lead resolution of production issues in Base24 ATM and POS environments.
- Mentor team members and promote operational excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Base24.
- Hands-on expertise with Base24 on HP NonStop and ATM/POS transaction processing.
- Proficiency in TAL, COBOL, and C programming.
- Experience with TSS and GoldenGate.
- Knowledge of ISO 8583 and message structures such as NDC, STM, and PSTM.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of RMS.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with Python, Splunk, and Java/J2EE.
