IT - Product Manager/Technology - Mid-Level

Location: Preferred Work Location - Austin, TX / Secondary Locations - Southlake, TX, El Paso, TX and Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to manage product features, client journeys, and application platforms used to assess the validity of client logins. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a feature roadmap, leading product discovery, and working with technology partners to create and implement identity management and authentication processes. This role requires a hybrid work model with four days in the office and one remote day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a feature, product, and channel roadmap to articulate and drive group priorities.
  • Lead product discovery activities and collaborate with UX, tech, and business partners to design experiments.
  • Create and define product stories with acceptance criteria based on client needs and work with the tech team for successful delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers by leveraging data and working with research teams.
  • Interact with vendors for platform support, product upgrades, and roadmap contributions.
  • Explore, evaluate, and propose technologies and techniques that fit channel needs.
  • Identify risks in current and proposed solutions and recommend resolutions or mitigation strategies.
  • Work with technology partners and vendors to create authentication techniques.
  • Create a release plan in coordination with the scrum team and other lines of business.
  • Generate reports on Key Business Indicators (KBIs) and production support metrics to monitor performance.
  • Build trusted relationships through clear communication with various stakeholders.
  • Provide first-line support to internal stakeholders, including tech support and service staff.
Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or business is required.

Experience: Candidates must have prior product management experience with online security, authentication, fraud, or digital identity. Documented experience in agile product development is necessary.

Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills are required, along with superior analytical ability with attention to detail. The role demands the ability to influence and drive outcomes, as well as experience with user testing and competitive intelligence.

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
Work Environment

The position is based in one of the preferred locations: Austin, TX, Southlake, TX, El Paso, TX, or Phoenix, AZ. The work arrangement is hybrid, requiring four days a week in the office, with the fifth day being remote at the candidate's discretion.
