OHIP Project Coordinator Global Hotel Technology Migration & Implementation Support

Location: Chicago, IL (Local Preferred)

Interview: Skype Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Three (3) Professional References Required

Must have:

• Coordinate hotel migration activities from OXI integrations to OHIP
• Serve as a primary coordination point between Hyatt, vendors, and hotel stakeholders
• Manage vendor readiness activities and implementation checklists
• Track vendor deliverables and timelines
• Assist with global rollout activities supporting Opera Cloud adoption

• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams
• Strong vendor management and vendor communication experience
• Experience tracking project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
