Position Overview

This position is for a Senior Software Developer involved in all facets of the software development process, including research, design, programming, testing, and implementation. The role specifically supports the ASSETS (Child Support) project, focusing on the development, execution, and maintenance of software tests.

Mandatory Qualifications

Skill Level: Senior (60-84 Months of experience). Candidate must be able to work independently, provide guidance to others, and may have an advanced education.

Requested Qualifications

72 months experience in all phases of Functional Testing, including analyzing BRDs/UML for testability, participating in JAD sessions, documenting test plans, identifying test cases, and executing scripts.
72 months experience with HP Quality Center/Microfocus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for testing.
72 months experience with HP Quick Test Professional (QTP) and HP/Microfocus Unified Functional Testing (UFT) for developing and maintaining automated regression scripts.
84 months experience planning, designing, developing, and executing test strategies for web-based applications in large, complex Human Services delivery systems (Federal, State, or local government) with 100+ screens and 100+ cross-edits.
36 months experience as a test leader, providing direction and training to project team members.
48 months experience using industry-standard tools (SQL Navigator, SOAP UI, Microsoft TFS, or HP Quality Center) to track and communicate problems to technical staff.
48 months experience with HP LoadRunner (or Performance Center) for load and performance testing.
Bachelor’s Degree.

Interview Format: Webcasting (Candidate must be on camera).
Security: Mandatory ITS Security Agreements and Fingerprint-based Background Check.
