Join our End User Computing and Support Center team as a Mobility & Clinical Applications Analyst. In this role, you will play an integral part in managing, testing, and supporting mobile device platforms and essential application systems that keep our operations running smoothly. Working directly on-site with our corporate support team, you will ensure our endpoint technology is secure, up-to-date, and efficiently deployed.

responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure, provision, and deploy mobile devices across iOS and Android platforms using Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Samsung Knox.
- Provide responsive technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for application systems and endpoint hardware via ServiceNow.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance on application updates prior to production rollout.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and technical SOPs for endpoint systems.
- Train and assist staff on system capabilities, mobile setup procedures, and application usage.
- Support hardware receiving, configuration, and staging, including handling and lifting equipment boxes (20-50 lbs).
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience supporting and administering mobile endpoints with Microsoft Intune.
Hands-on familiarity with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Samsung Knox configurations.
Practical working knowledge of ServiceNow for ticketing, request fulfillment, and asset tracking.
Strong hardware and software diagnostic skills on modern mobile operating systems.
Ability to work 100% onsite in Tampa, FL (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST) and lift 20-50 lb boxes when required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting clinical or healthcare enterprise applications and devices.
Understanding of IT service delivery standards and ITIL best practices.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, CompTIA A+).
