Position: Lead Java Engineer / Lead Software Engineer

Location: Denver Colorado

We're looking for a hands-on Lead Java Engineer with strong backend and cloud experience.

10+ years in Software Development
Java (8+ yrs) & Spring Boot (5+ yrs)
Team Leadership (5+ yrs)
AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM)
REST APIs & Microservices
Kafka (Producer/Consumer)
MySQL/PostgreSQL & NoSQL
JPA/Hibernate
CI/CD, Git, Maven, Agile, TDD
Mobile/Telecommunications experience (Mandatory)
AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Cursor/Kiro or similar)
