Summary

Varicent Developer:

· Minimum 6-8 yrs years of experience in enhancing and maintaining Varicent model. Experience with Varicent ICM V10 is a plus.

· Hand on experience in use of Varicent ICM modules (e.g.: Calculations, tables and imports, views, portal Access, task manager, and presenter report and webforms).

· Business knowledge of the sales compensation business processes preferably in pharmaceutical and health care industry.

· Experience in designing, coding, testing and deploying Varicent ICM) components

· Must have worked on both development of new incentive plan /implementation and maintenance of existing incentive plan with small enhancement and Bug Fixing

· Knowledge of software development and implementation lifecycles.

· Derive and understand business needs and document the findings.

· Timely delivering all enhancement / bug fix requests related to commission system.

· Support and maintain existing ICM applications - troubleshoot and fix defects, perform maintenance activities.

· The individual will work collaboratively with team members carrying out the tasks to perform investigations, root cause analysis, and defect resolution with multiple lines of business including design, build, maintain, and extend data models within Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform.
