Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Design, Develop and implement Varicent Solutions using Modules like Composer, Report Studio, Data Models, Workflows and Web Forms.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, Develop, Convert Business needs into Technical Varicent Configurations. Develop and maintain ETL process, data pipelines and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Create and publish dynamic reports for Commission insights.

Role Descriptions: Solution Design Architecture

Define and implement Varicent ICM architecture aligned with business requirements.

Design complex compensation models| workflows| and calculation logic within Varicent.

Technical Leadership

Lead a team of Varicent developers and administrators.

Provide guidance on best practices| performance optimization| and troubleshooting.

Integration Data Management

Manage integrations between Varicent and CRM| ERP| HR systems (e.g.| Salesforce| SAP| Workday).

Ensure data accuracy| integrity| and timely processing for incentive calculations.

System Configuration Maintenance

Configure Varicent modules| roles| and security settings.

Monitor system performance and apply patches upgrades as needed.

Reporting Analytics

Develop dashboards and reports for incentive payouts| performance metrics| and compliance.

Provide insights to improve compensation strategies and reduce errors.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Sales| Finance| HR| and IT teams to align Varicent solutions with business goals.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Governance Compliance

Ensure adherence to SOX| GDPR| and other regulatory requirements.

Maintain audit trails and documentation for compliance purposes.
