RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Pinellas Park, FL that is seeking an Integration Specialist to lead and support healthcare data integrations between hospital EMR systems and our internal systems. These integrations power our physician advisory services, enabling clinical, utilization management, and revenue cycle insights that directly impact hospital financial outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who has worked hands-on with Epic and Cerner, understands HL7-based and FHIR data exchange, and can partner effectively with internal stakeholders, hospital IT, revenue cycle, and utilization management teams to deliver reliable, scalable integrations.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare data integration, EMR implementation, or health IT
* Hands-on experience working with Epic and or Cerner in an integration, informatics, or implementation capacity
* Strong working knowledge of HL7 messaging and healthcare interoperability concepts
* Familiarity with revenue cycle and utilization management workflows, including how clinical and financial data is used downstream
* Experience working with hospital IT, interface teams, or clinical informatics groups
* Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously and communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
* Experience integrating data into enterprise data warehouses or analytics platforms
* Exposure to physician advisory, secondary review, medical necessity, or utilization review programs
* Familiarity with FHIR, APIs, or modern interoperability approaches (in addition to HL7)
* Background in health information management, clinical informatics, or healthcare operations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
