Title: Senior Project Coordinator
Must Haves:
5-year minimum Excel and Tableau experience, excellent written communication skills, and learning and development skills.
Role Summary
Provide project coordination, reporting, and change enablement support for cloud training program. This resource will manage end-to-end training coordination, produce executive-ready reporting and communications, and ensure training execution stays aligned to program milestones.
Primary Responsibilities / Deliverables
Coordinate cloud training activities across the lifecycle: learner assignment, enrollment support, completion tracking, issue triage, and audit-ready documentation.
Build and maintain advanced tracking and performance dashboards (primarily Excel, Tableau as applicable), including automated views for completion, progress by persona/team, and trend analysis.
Produce clear, data-driven status updates, executive-ready presentations, and written communications to support leadership decisions and program governance.
Partner with workstream leads and key stakeholders to resolve training gaps, mitigate delivery risks, and maintain alignment to project timelines.
Support ad hoc analysis and special projects (e.g., data cleanup, mapping updates, metrics enhancements, process documentation).
Required Skills
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query preferred, complex formulas, data validation, large workbook management).
Tableau (dashboard development, publishing/refresh workflows, visual storytelling).
Strong data analysis, QA, and attention to detail; ability to reconcile data across sources.
Clear, concise business writing; ability to create executive-facing slides and summaries.
Strong project coordination skills: tracking, follow-ups, dependency management, and stakeholder engagement.
Required Experience
Experience supporting large-scale training, communications, or change efforts within an enterprise program.
Demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders and translate data into actionable insights.
Proven support of complex transformation initiatives (technology, operations, risk/compliance, or similar)
Preferred / Optional
Change management experience and familiarity with PROSCI ADKAR.
Exposure to cloud/technology programs and/or risk/compliance-driven training initiatives.
