Title: Business Analyst with HR documentation migration from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud

JD:
Inventory HR documents across multiple PeopleSoft installations and assess what needs to migrate, in what form, and in what order
Write functional specifications that define migration rules, document classification, metadata, retention requirements, and access controls
Run structured review sessions with HR, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders to walk through your specs and obtain formal approval
Test migrated records against acceptance criteria and coordinate with the technical team to resolve any exceptions before sign-off
QUALIFICATIONS
5 or more years in HR operations, covering employment, benefits, compensation, or pension administration
Experience writing functional/technical specifications or business requirements for HR technology programs
Comfortable navigating PeopleSoft HCM to understand document structures and configurations
Strong written communication skills and experience presenting to senior HR stakeholders
Preferred
Prior work on a PeopleSoft to cloud migration or HR document management program
Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud
Knowledge of financial services document retention and compliance requirements
