Description
This company measures and analyzes media consumption (TV, streaming, audio, digital) and consumer behavior, providing crucial audience data (who's watching/listening/buying) and market intelligence for advertisers, media companies, and brands to understand audiences, optimize campaigns, and make informed decisions about content and advertising effectiveness, essentially acting as the standard for audience measurement and insights in the media world.
Their audience measurement org is looking for someone to fulfill the Problem Management function for their organization. They will work closely w/ their IT service management group w/in the technology function. They'll get involved in some of the areas that are involved in the technology framework so that there is an interface between them. This person will mainly be looking at big major incidents that come in and being the voice of how to manage them, some technical capabilities would be good but more of a understanding of how to effectively question as part of problem management - don't need to be experts w/in technology but how to drive the questions, analyze data, and pick up trends.
This company uses a combination of ServiceNow and google sheets for various aspects of IT service management. from a maturity perspective they are relatively immature so part of this is building that maturity, they have an external consulting company coming in to help build that maturity and this person will help implement it.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $85.00/hr.
