- Candidate 1 looks good for the current role with integrating data into the HCSS system, since she has some projects where she worked on integrating to other system.
- Candidate 2 also looks good with integrations to EPM, but not more on third party integrations. Probably check if Candidate 1 does not seem a fit.
- Candidate 3 looks more of a lead and solution architect, little overqualified for the integration that we need here.
Focal point is prioritizing candidates that are intermediate level since they are already getting help from HCSS and also have 3 more analysts in this project. Priority skillset is strong knowledge of PPM, ERP cloud, and OTL (2/3 is good 3/3 is great), and experience supporting integrations involving labor, project costing, scheduling, supplier data, financial data, or operational workflows

Job Description
Required Experience & Skills
• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Systems Analyst supporting enterprise system integrations
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, specifically:
o Oracle Projects (PPM)
o Oracle Financials (ERP Cloud)
o Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
• Experience supporting integrations involving labor, project costing, scheduling, supplier data, financial data, or operational workflows
• Exposure to replacing or integrating with timekeeping systems (preferred but not required) (Moving from UKG/Passport to HCSS)
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured functional design documentation
• Experience supporting developers through design, build, SIT, and UAT
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in construction or project based industries is a plus, not a requirement

Requirements & Functional Design
• Assist with leading sessions to gather business and functional requirements for integrations
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and Lean Specs
• Assist with documenting integration logic, mappings, dependencies, and functional acceptance criteria
• Validate requirements and feasibility with business SMEs and technical leads
Integration Support
• Work alongside our client''s development and architecture teams to support ~20 integrations
• Support validation that design aligns with Oracle Fusion integration patterns and our client''s standards
• Provide clarification and functional guidance throughout the build phase
Testing & Quality Assurance
• Support Functional Unit Testing for integrations
• Support business teams during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Help manage defect triage, functional validation, and resolution
Go-Live & Hypercare
• Provide hands-on support during cutover and go live activities
• Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-production validation
• Support hypercare to stabilize integrations and resolve issues efficiently
