Job Description

• Led end-to-end Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation programs supporting Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Operations.
• Managed the complete ERP implementation lifecycle including Discovery, Requirements Gathering, Business Process Mapping, Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design, Configuration, Data Migration, System Integration, UAT, Cutover Planning, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support.
• Partnered with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to define business requirements and drive ERP transformation initiatives.
• Managed NetSuite Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, Revenue Recognition, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Multi-Entity Consolidation.
• Coordinated NetSuite OneWorld implementations supporting multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and global financial operations.
• Directed cross-functional teams consisting of Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Infrastructure Teams, and third-party implementation partners.
• Managed ERP integrations with Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, banking platforms, payroll systems, procurement applications, CRM, and third-party enterprise applications using REST APIs, SuiteTalk, Dell Boomi, Celigo, and MuleSoft.
• Led legacy ERP to NetSuite data migration activities including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, mock conversions, and production migration.
• Facilitated business process workshops for Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Close, and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C).
• Developed project plans, resource allocation, RAID logs, communication plans, executive dashboards, status reports, and PMO governance documentation.
• Managed Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Led System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production readiness assessments, cutover planning, deployment execution, and Hypercare support.
• Collaborated with change management teams to deliver training, user adoption strategies, knowledge transfer sessions, and post-implementation support.
• Worked closely with executive stakeholders and steering committees to manage project governance, risks, dependencies, budget forecasting, and vendor performance.
• Ensured compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, financial governance, security standards, and enterprise change management processes.
• Drove continuous process improvements by automating financial workflows, improving reporting capabilities, reducing manual effort, and optimizing ERP business processes.
