Job Title: Product Manager - FIS
Job Location: Irving, TX | 5 days onsite
Description:
AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an Product Manager to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead business requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for lending and credit initiatives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, operations, and technology teams to ensure clear and complete requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Support UAT planning and execution, including defect management and business sign-off.
- Ensure alignment with banking standards, controls, and regulatory requirements.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong product knowledge of FIS ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System), including loan lifecycle and core banking processes.
- Strong product knowledge of FIS IBS (International Banking System), with experience in commercial and corporate lending platforms.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Bulk Loan playbooks, including bulk processing and operational workflows
- Experience with LSF migration, APIs, and system integrations.
Education Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
