Job Title: Lead Business Systems Analyst - Baker Hill NextGen
Job Location: Irving, TX | 5 days onsite
Description:
AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead requirements gathering, system analysis, and solution design, partner with business and technical stakeholders, and drive successful delivery of enterprise systems and process improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, operations, and technology teams to ensure clear and complete requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, RACI chart, and process flows.
- Support UAT planning and execution, including defect management and business sign-off.
- Ensure alignment with banking standards, controls, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong product knowledge of Baker Hill NextGen application, including loan lifecycle and core banking processes.
- Experience in commercial and corporate lending platforms.
- SDLC and agile methodology are key
- Power BI and SQL knowledge is needed (doesn t need to be an expert)
Nice to Have:
- Nice to have experience with migration, APIs, and system integrations.
Education Required:
- BS in IT/CS or relevant experience.
