Job Title: BSA / Delivery Lead - CreditLens
Job Location: Irving, TX, Phoenix, AZ | 5 days onsite
Description:
AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an BSA / Delivery Lead to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work as a Business Systems Analyst, gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
- Lead delivery activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and as per agreed scope.
- Work closely with business users, credit risk teams, and technology teams to align requirements and solutions.
- Manage requirement changes, dependencies, and delivery risks throughout the project.
- Ensure solutions meet credit risk, regulatory, and data quality standards.
Required Skills:
- 10+ Years of experience as BSA/Delivery lead.
- Strong background and experience of working with Banking and financial Institutions
- Must have strong experience with Moody s CreditLens, including good understanding of the product and its implementation.
Nice to Have:
- Nice to have experience with Credit ADS, including Data ODS and reporting.
- Nice to have experience in credit workflow automation, such as approvals and credit processes.
- Nice to have experience with LSF migration, APIs, and system integrations.
Education:
- BS in IT/CS or relevant experience.
