Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack AI Architect with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions in enterprise environments.

This role requires deep expertise in AI/ML algorithms, neural networks, system architecture, and expert-level programming in Python or Java.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for architecting end-to-end AI/ML solutions, leading AI innovation initiatives, and driving technical execution across complex enterprise use cases. The role demands strong hands-on development skills along with architectural leadership in modern AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced AI/ML models to solve complex business problems
• Develop scalable applications using Python or Java
• Convert business requirements into technical architecture and system designs
• Optimize AI/ML models for performance, accuracy, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and product
• Research and implement latest advancements in AI, ML, and Agentic AI
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Ensure coding standards, testing practices, and deployment best practices
• Participate in architecture reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Mandatory Skills

• 14+ years of IT experience with strong AI/ML focus
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an AI Architect
• Strong expertise in supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
• Deep knowledge of neural networks and AI architectures
• Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Expert-level coding skills in Python or Java
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Must have telecom domain experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, and big data ecosystems
• Experience building APIs and microservices for AI systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise AI/ML solutions
• Strong communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
