Job Title: Cisco Unified Communication Manager
Location: _- Washington DC - Onsite Role
Required Qualifications:
Proficient in Cisco Unified Communication Manager versions 14x and above including installation configuration troubleshooting licensing call routing voice quality issues log analysis and performance issues
Expertise in Cisco IP Phones 78XX 88XX and MS Teams Poly CCX Phones
Skilled in configuring troubleshooting and resolving performance issues with Audiocodes SBC
Experienced in configuring maintaining and upgrading Cisco SBCs such as 44xx and 43xx
Proficient in configuring maintaining and upgrading Audiocodes Mediapacks Voice gateways
Expertise in troubleshooting licensing call routing voice quality issues log analysis and performance issues within MS Teams phone systems
Knowledgeable in SIP protocol voice traffic flow and voice quality issues
Familiar with cloud conferencing and collaboration platforms including Webex Zoom and MS Teams
Working experience in Webex Calling platform
Experienced in troubleshooting and analyzing performance issues with MS Teams Webex and Zoom
Expertise in configuring troubleshooting call routing voice quality issues SIP and CUBE within Voice Gateways
Proficient in planning testing and upgrading MS Teams room devices and MS Teams phones
Experienced with Poly X50 X70 and G7500 codecs
Understanding of vulnerabilities and identifying resolutions
Experienced in coordinating with multiple vendors for support
