Looking for Sr. IT SM Expert.

 

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years in IT Service Management roles.
  • Certifications:
    • ITIL v3 (Expert/Intermediate)
    • ITIL 4 (Managing Professional or Strategic Leader)
  • Core Expertise:
    • Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management
    • Service Catalog, CMDB, and Configuration Management
  • Tools:
    • Strong hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell
  • Other Skills:
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
