Description
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to oversee and deliver IT projects with precision and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies, and the ability to coordinate teams to achieve project goals. Based in Edgewater, Florida, this position is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, thrives on driving results, and ensures projects align with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
Facilitate Agile Scrum practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to optimize team performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and establish clear goals.
Utilize Atlassian tools, such as Jira, to track progress, manage tasks, and identify risks.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Identify potential challenges and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks.
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and ensure project success.
Promote continuous improvement by assessing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Certification in Agile Scrum or PMP is required.
Proficiency in managing projects using Atlassian Jira and other project management tools.
Strong leadership and communication skills to foster collaboration across teams.
Ability to analyze project requirements and develop actionable plans.
Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project continuity.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and aligning diverse objectives.
