Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team in Redmond, Washington. This role involves working onsite and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the LEO/Kuiper Project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems configuration, project management, and quality assurance, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. This is a 12+ month contract position with a high probability of extension.
Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain merchant account setups within Amazon systems.
- Manage ASIN setup and product catalog.
- Create and localize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various geographic markets.
- Create, audit, and maintain Jira tickets for the IFT team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion.
- Develop and maintain internal IFT team supporting documentation, such as RACI and risk reports.
- Source data and other Amazon resources to accelerate contract negotiations for carrier contracts for return shipping.
- Negotiate carrier contracts for return shipping.
- Develop and maintain test cases for platform functionality.
- Execute functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Document and compile test evidence for stakeholder review.
- Implement automation solutions for routine testing procedures (wishlist).
Qualifications: - Proven experience in technical product management, preferably in e-commerce or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon systems configurations and merchant account setups.
- Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and management.
- Experience in creating and maintaining SOPs and other operational documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
- Experience with automation solutions for testing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Work authorization in the U.S. (USC).

Pay Range: $75.00 - $85.00 W2 Only
