The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise across the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps, and key Marketplace applications, combined with experience advising executive stakeholders on platform governance, operating models, and enterprise transformation. This role requires both strategic consulting and technical architecture experience, with a proven ability to guide large organizations through complex Data Center to Atlassian Cloud migrations while establishing scalable governance frameworks and operating models. Required Experience (Mandatory) - 12+ years of Atlassian consulting and solution architecture experience
- Experience leading enterprise Atlassian transformations
- Experience supporting Data Center and Atlassian Cloud environments
- Experience defining enterprise governance frameworks
- Experience advising executive leadership and steering committees
- Experience facilitating cross-functional decision-making
- Experience with enterprise-scale Jira and Confluence implementations (10,000+ users preferred)
- Experience with regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Financial Services, or Manufacturing
- Experience working with Atlassian Solution Partners or consulting organizations
- Experience managing enterprise platform modernization initiatives
