Summary

Description

We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator to support and improve a critical ERP environment for a manufacturing organization in Dayton, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position focuses on platform administration, user assistance, configuration, and technical development to keep NetSuite aligned with operational needs. The role will work closely with teams across the business to deliver practical enhancements, maintain system stability, and strengthen day-to-day usability.

Responsibilities:
Provide timely support for NetSuite users by troubleshooting issues, resolving requests, and helping teams work effectively within the system.
Administer core platform settings, including workflows, user roles, permissions, saved searches, and record configurations, to maintain a secure and efficient environment.
Design, build, and maintain SuiteScript solutions, custom features, and connected integrations that support business operations.
Deliver system enhancements and automation initiatives that streamline processes and improve overall performance.
Produce clear documentation such as process instructions, system references, and standard operating procedures to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
Monitor system effectiveness and recommend improvements that increase reliability, adoption, and operational efficiency across departments.

Requirements

Proven experience administering and developing within NetSuite in a hands-on capacity.
Strong technical background with SuiteScript and custom NetSuite solution development.
Practical knowledge of workflows, saved searches, role-based access, permissions, record setup, and advanced template configuration.
Experience supporting NetSuite in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
Solid problem-solving ability with a track record of troubleshooting system issues and managing documentation effectively.
Ability to balance multiple priorities independently while supporting a broad user base.
Experience with NetSuite integrations is preferred, including tools such as Squareworks, Worldpay, or related connected platforms.
Familiarity with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, or RF-based solutions is a plus.
