The Senior Project Manager, Security & Compliance is responsible for driving organizational readiness and ensuring timely remediation of findings identified through the Global Audit program and other ongoing compliance processes. This role leads large-scale, enterprise-wide security audit initiatives and partners closely with technical, security, and business stakeholders to strengthen the company’s security posture and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end project management for major security audit and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory expectations.
  • Coordinate remediation activities for audit findings, ensuring accountability, tracking progress, and validating closure across multiple business units.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, security, compliance, operations, and executive leadership teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports to ensure transparency and effective execution.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, briefings, and updates for senior leadership and governance committees.
  • Support the creation, review, and maintenance of technical architecture documentation, system diagrams, and related artifacts.
  • Promote consistent adherence to security frameworks, policies, and best practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience, preferably within technical, security, or compliance environments.
  • Deep familiarity with security audits, vulnerability management, remediation workflows, and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and similar standards.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide initiatives involving diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including experience preparing high-quality presentations and delivering briefings to senior leaders.
  • Experience coordinating or developing technical architecture documentation and system diagrams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
