Product Manager / Solution Architect – Supply Chain Technology

Location: 4 days onsite in Lake Buena Vista, FL. 1 day remote 

Contract: W2 only, 12 month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time

Pay: $ 70-80/hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager / Solution Architect to help drive the strategy, design, and evolution of a Supply Chain Technology ecosystem. This highly collaborative role involves partnering with warehouse operations, business stakeholders, product teams, architects, engineering teams, and technology vendors to define future-state capabilities and deliver scalable solutions supporting growing supply chain and distribution operations.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience with warehouse and supply chain technology platforms, combined with strong product management, solution architecture, and strategic planning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product roadmaps for warehouse and supply chain technology initiatives
• Partner with operations and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology modernization
• Lead solution design discussions and help define future-state architecture for warehouse and supply chain platforms
• Translate business capabilities and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions
• Evaluate current-state systems and recommend strategic improvements aligned with business objectives
• Drive integration strategies across warehouse, supply chain, ERP, transportation, inventory, and related enterprise systems
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, vendors, and product teams throughout the solution lifecycle
• Support platform evaluations, technology selection, and vendor management activities
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making across business and technology organizations
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities related to warehouse technology transformation efforts
• Contribute to data strategy, governance initiatives, and operational excellence programs where applicable
• Support implementation planning, adoption strategies, and organizational change initiatives

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience supporting supply chain, warehouse management, distribution, or logistics technology environments
• Significant experience with Blue Yonder WMS and/or DATUM (DCS) platforms
• Experience serving as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Solution Architect, or similar strategic technology leader
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment, distribution, and supply chain processes
• Experience developing technology roadmaps, business capability plans, or future-state solution strategies
• Experience designing or supporting enterprise technology solutions within complex business environments
• Experience with system integrations involving warehouse, supply chain, ERP, transportation, or related enterprise platforms
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both Blue Yonder and DATUM platforms
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) architecture experience
• Experience supporting warehouse modernization or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience with Oracle WMS, Manhattan WMS, SAP EWM, or similar platforms
• Experience with enterprise integration technologies, APIs, middleware, or event-driven architectures
• Vendor management and third-party solution delivery experience
• Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or data architecture initiatives
• Familiarity with AI, automation, optimization, or advanced analytics solutions within supply chain environments
• Experience working within large enterprise organizations
