Job Title: IT Business Analyst
Location: Richmond VA
Duration: 12 months
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building
- 5+ years of experience in requirements elicitation and solicitation techniques
- 5+ years of experience demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills
- 5+ years of experience in Project management
- 5+ years of experience working with SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative approaches
- Familiarity with .NET, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, ETL processes, and BizTalk is a plus
- Exposure to MicroStrategy, relational databases, hardware, and telecommunications is a plus
- Knowledge of messaging systems, network protocols, and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
- Experience with web/GUI development, reporting, data movement, and data warehousing is desirable
- Understanding of data analysis, data profiling, mapping, and validation techniques is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
