Job Title: Project Manager – RHT Project
Location: Montpelier, Vermont (Hybrid) -
(Candidate have to attend meetings onsite rest will be remote)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • PMP Certification and/or Scrum Master Certification (required)
  • 5–7 years of experience managing IT and/or data-driven projects
  • Minimum 2 years in a lead role managing cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience with MS Project for scheduling and resource management
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar Agile tools
  • Strong experience in:
    • Project scheduling, dependency mapping, and critical path analysis
    • Governance, status reporting, and performance tracking
    • Resource planning and workload forecasting
    • Stakeholder communication and reporting

Technical Skills

  • Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • SharePoint
  • Power BI
  • Familiarity with data platforms, data pipelines, and cloud environments
  • Understanding of DataOps and Agile reporting integration

Required Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in PMO-driven environments with structured governance
  • Experience in data modernization or data platform initiatives
  • Background in executive reporting and governance documentation
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit readiness, and documentation standards
  • Experience in healthcare or public sector environments.
