Job Title: Project Manager – RHT Project
Location: Montpelier, Vermont (Hybrid) - (Candidate have to attend meetings onsite rest will be remote)
Duration: 16 Months
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- PMP Certification and/or Scrum Master Certification (required)
- 5–7 years of experience managing IT and/or data-driven projects
- Minimum 2 years in a lead role managing cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with MS Project for scheduling and resource management
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar Agile tools
- Strong experience in:
- Project scheduling, dependency mapping, and critical path analysis
- Governance, status reporting, and performance tracking
- Resource planning and workload forecasting
- Stakeholder communication and reporting
Technical Skills
- Azure DevOps (ADO)
- SharePoint
- Power BI
- Familiarity with data platforms, data pipelines, and cloud environments
- Understanding of DataOps and Agile reporting integration
Required Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in PMO-driven environments with structured governance
- Experience in data modernization or data platform initiatives
- Background in executive reporting and governance documentation
- Familiarity with compliance, audit readiness, and documentation standards
- Experience in healthcare or public sector environments.
