Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

Certifications Required:

  • PMP Certification and/or Scrum Master Certification (Certification Documents should be provided)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in IT projects, including Agile environments
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile facilitation role
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

Demonstrated experience in:

  • Backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking
  • Impediment identification, tracking, and resolution
  • Stakeholder communication and Agile reporting
  • Relevant experience in similar projects, particularly in health data or data infrastructure initiatives
  • Technical familiarity with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Power BI, and related tools

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in Agile facilitation and team coaching
  • Experience managing backlogs, user stories, and sprint commitments in Azure DevOps
  • Experience maintaining end-to-end traceability across ADO work items, pipelines, and releases
  • Experience tracking team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput)
  • Ability to identify and remove impediments and blockers
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams (data, engineering, governance)
  • Experience in backlog refinement, prioritization, and backlog health management
  • Experience ensuring Definition of Done compliance and delivery quality standards
  • Understanding of DataOps and integration of Agile delivery with data workflows
  • Familiarity with data platforms or data pipeline concepts in cloud environments
  • Experience integrating governance and compliance activities into Agile workflows
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working within Agile PMO or structured governance environments
  • Experience supporting data modernization, DataOps, or data platform initiatives
  • Experience in Agile reporting, dashboards, and delivery metrics tracking
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit readiness, and traceability requirements
  • Experience in healthcare or public sector environment
