Job Description Summary:

Develops and implements change management strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative, and devises plans that maximize employee acceptance and usage and minimize resistance. Assures projects relating to change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures. Promotes speedy adoption, more employee utilization, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. 5-7 years experience

Prosci change management certification, a bachelor's degree, relevant experience delivering change management at a global company, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications. Must write and speak English fluently.

The organizational change management specialist will play a key role in ensuring that new IT systems, software, and applications projects meet their objectives. In this role, you work under general direction to create and implement an organizational change management (OCM) strategy and related change plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of new tools and processes on a global scale while also minimizing resistance. You coordinate the delivery of change management activities by others.

The OCM specialist works directly with the IT and business project team leaders on their implementation plans and helps to develop a realistic and achievable timeline based on change impact analysis, identifying cross-functional stakeholders, and integrating change management activities into the project plan. The change management specialist assists the project team, senior leaders, and people managers with their change roles. This role works through others in the organization and will need to create successful partnerships to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Works with general supervision to apply the Prosci methodology, coach key change roles, assess change impacts, lead change management efforts, manage delivery timelines, lead communication efforts, support training, address resistance, and establish change metrics.

Required Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

Prosci change management certification, a bachelor's degree, at least 4 years of relevant experience at a global company, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications. Must write and speak English fluently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience delivering all aspects of OCM for a global company, and fluent in German or Spanish.

Additional Information:

The position is remote, with standard working hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time, and may require travel up to 25% of the time. It is not overtime eligible.
