Pay Range: $60 - $62/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Test complex products and systems using industry-accepted techniques and best practices.
- Create, modify, and maintain test assets for effective project or product testing.
- Contribute to requirements reviews, design reviews, and testing discussions.
- Analyze product requirements and risks to determine test scope and estimate testing effort.
- Mitigate product and system risk through comprehensive testing across various application layers and types.
- Identify issues and defects impacting product quality and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Coach and provide on-the-job training on testing standards and practices.
- Work variable hours as needed to meet business demands.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 4+ years of experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of common testing methods, tools, and industry practices.
- Proficiency in data management practices and system interaction patterns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information effectively.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and technologies.
