Business Analyst - PLEX, ERP
Type: W2 With Benefits or W2 hourly - No C2C, No Relocation avilable
Location: Hybrid - Northville, MI
Key requirements:
- Strong Plex ERP knowledge this is the critical skill.
Client runs Plex across 9 plants, and they need someone who can actually leverage the system, not just learn it on the job.
- Supply chain BA experience to support and augment their existing team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage workshops and training with Business users
- Defines application problem by conferring with clients/users; evaluating procedures and processes
- Review detailed design specifications, test plans and user documentation for functional and technical completeness
- Validates results by testing programs or coordinating testing with users
- Ensures operation by training business key user and end users; providing support
- Involved in resolving PLEX ERP issues raised via the helpdesk
- Work in close integration with the other Application team members to ensure the integration of any adjustments or new solutions
- Document process, configuration, and user instructions
- Support existing solutions
- Identify root cause for recurring issues, make proposal and actions to eliminate them
- Disciplined approach and commitment to delivering on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Focused on exceeding customer expectations
- Willingness to adhere to a standard, global template and maintain the consistency of the global process model
- Ability to adapt communication according to the audience: from pure business to 100% technical and vice versa
- Self-motivated, disciplined, focused, work well under pressure and be able to prioritize work
- Demonstrate strong motivational, leadership qualities and ability to work in multi-cultural team
- Ability to follow directives and procedures, along with ensuring compliance
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and achieve quality results in a timely manner
- Ability to speak Spanish as well as English will be an added advantage.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
- Have strong understanding of integration of all modules PLEX ERP
- Provide functional specifications and configuration solutions in PLEX ERP
- Experience working with a multiple and formal change control process
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal5.Project Management Skills
- Analytical and Presentation skills
- Experience in SAP ERP/ EDI is a plus
- Experience supporting multiple PLEX PCNs
- Experience with SQL, VISION PLEX and Intelliplex
