Duration: 12 MonthsJob Description: About the job We are looking for a Change/Product Delivery Manager to support a portfolio of products within a Commercial Bank. You will own delivery for an entire product area, turning business and product needs into clear implementation plans and seeing them through to launch and warranty support. You will lead system integration and data conversion programs, keep stakeholders aligned, and communicate change events clearly to leadership.
This role suits someone who drives projects, asks sharp questions, and is comfortable getting into the details when a delivery needs it. Strong organization, a personable style, and excellent communication are essential.
Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery for the product area, from requirements through implementation and warranty support.
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to understand their needs and build practical implementation plans.
- Lead system integration and large-scale data conversion projects, including migrating data from one system to another.
- Manage change across the portfolio, including planning, risk and dependency tracking, and readiness.
- Coordinate with technology, operations, and business teams to keep delivery on schedule and issues resolved.
- Document project work thoroughly, including plans, decisions, and status.
- Communicate change events, progress, and risks to leadership and stakeholders in a clear, timely way.
- Ask probing questions to surface gaps early, and step into hands-on work when the team needs it.
Minimum Qualifications - 5-7 years of experience in change management, product delivery, or project delivery management.
- Led system integration or data conversion projects.
- Experience delivering IT projects from requirements through implementation and warranty support.
- General understanding of the following (hands-on experience not required):
- API, Kafka, and feed-based integration
- Real-time versus batch integration approaches
- Data mapping, data controls, and data reconciliation
- Strong change management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief senior leadership.
