  • Provide strategic advisory oversight during implementation, ensuring solution design, scope, governance, delivery approach, change management, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization remain aligned to business outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for complex design decisions, stakeholder alignment issues, transformation risks, and executive governance forums.
  • Support pre-sales and solutioning by leading client discovery, shaping transformation narratives, contributing to RFP / RFI responses, executive presentations, oral defences, solution strategy, and delivery approach.
  • Advise clients on post-go-live optimization, quarterly release adoption, continuous improvement, HR analytics maturity, automation opportunities, and long-term HR technology roadmap.

Required Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in HR transformation, enterprise consulting, HR technology strategy, Oracle HCM Cloud advisory, or large-scale cloud implementation programs.
  • 8+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience, with exposure to multiple HCM modules and enterprise transformation programs.
  • Proven experience engaging with CHRO, CXO, senior HR, IT, finance, payroll, and business executives.
