Summary

Role: Selenium & UFT Automation Tester

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: Full Time (FTE)

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Primary Skill: Selenium, UFT

Secondary: Cucumber, Shell scripting, SQL

Experience: 10+ years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks.
Define and enforce automation strategy, standards, and best practices across projects.
Collaborate closely with QA, Development, DevOps, and Product teams.
Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
Review automation test scripts and ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to automation engineers.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive root cause analysis.
Own automation metrics, reporting, and test coverage improvement.
