Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Architect with strong hands-on and design experience in building scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, guide development teams, and work closely with business and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced airline domain environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution and application architecture for enterprise systems
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures using Java and Spring Boot
• Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and design patterns
• Drive event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka
• Architect, deploy, and optimize applications on Azure Cloud
• Manage containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and DevOps for seamless delivery
• Perform architecture reviews, technical mentoring, and design governance
• Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of systems

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with Architect-level responsibility
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (event streaming, messaging)
• Solid experience with Azure Cloud services
• Strong working knowledge of AKS / Kubernetes & Docker
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
