Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 12+ years of expertise in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into effective solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

  • Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies

  • Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers

  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions

  • Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and use case documents

  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables

  • Identify process improvements and recommend solutions

  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions

  • Manage change requests and requirement traceability

  • Mentor junior business analysts


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

  • 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

  • Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation

  • Expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel

  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in domain areas (Banking, Healthcare, Retail, etc.)

  • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis

  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)

  • Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications

  • Exposure to data analysis and reporting


Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Excellent presentation and documentation abilities

  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
