Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with PMP or CSM certification to lead and deliver complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven project management expertise, and experience working in Agile and/or hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources effectively
Work closely with engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure adherence to project management best practices, standards, and governance
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization across teams
Manage dependencies across multiple teams and ensure timely delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

PMP or CSM certification (mandatory)
8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT/technology projects
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams
Solid technical background with understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
