Join the Player and Data Analytics team at Mojang Studios, the creators of Minecraft, the world's most popular video game. You will build robust pipelines and innovative data products that transform signals into actionable insights, specifically leveling up performance marketing programs for a global community of over 200 million players.

responsibilities:
- Architect and maintain automated data pipelines using modern tools like Spark and Airflow on Cloud platforms (Azure).
- Design scalable data models and dataflows that evolve with changing business and machine learning needs.
- Partner with data scientists and game teams to understand information needs and identify the most effective data sources.
- Develop frameworks and reusable components to improve infrastructure reliability and data quality.
qualifications:
4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or software development.
Proficiency in Python for data transformation and advanced SQL skills.
Hands-on experience building and optimizing enterprise-scale data pipelines handling streaming data and logs.
