Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled System Developer/Programmer to join our Technology Platform team in Manassas, VA. The primary focus of this role is to enhance the database infrastructure by identifying and automating manual processes. The developer will improve database consistency across critical applications such as FIN-SP, RMA, and SNF, while actively contributing to automation initiatives that expand and optimize database services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze manual database processes and implement automation strategies.
  • Enhance database consistency and service quality across multiple applications (FIN-SP, RMA, SNF).
  • Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions for Oracle platforms.
  • Collaborate within the Oracle Platform squad to support end-to-end database automation initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders and team members to ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and secure.
