Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional IT infrastructure and software development projects from initiation through deployment.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Manage Agile Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
  • Serve as Scrum Master by coaching Agile teams, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, infrastructure, business analysts, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication between business units, technical teams, and executive leadership.
  • Track project KPIs, sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and project health metrics, providing regular status reports to leadership.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Manage project documentation, change requests, issue logs, risk registers, and project governance processes.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by promoting Agile best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Support release planning, deployment activities, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Mentor project team members on Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and project management best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, SDLC methodologies, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
