Job Description

We are seeking a Program Manager IV to join our Incentive Program GTM team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leading large, cross-functional programs end to end and a proven ability to drive delivery through influence, integrate multi-team workstreams, and land complex launches on time.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive key program milestones end to end, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to keep deliverables and launches on track.


• Build and maintain working relationships across engineering, data science, data engineering, product, operations, sales, partnerships, compliance, marketing, and legal.


• Develop internal and external communications, reports, and collateral required for successful program activation.


• Serve as the operational backbone for activation, owning meeting cadences, process design, and documentation.


• Use data to produce progress reporting, status updates, and executive readouts.


• Manage inbound from internal stakeholders, triaging questions and escalations to resolution.


• Own cross-team timelines, hold the critical path, surface slippage early, and drive re-sequencing when dependencies move.


• Own delivery integration across multiple teams, reconcile interfaces and assumptions, and close unowned gaps.


• Hold stakeholder alignment at the project level and drive decisions to closure with minimal supervision.


• Advance near-term initiatives including shifting incentive allocation toward real-time, data-driven models and enabling self-service partner workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-team programs from inception through activation, including scoping, planning, and delivery.


• Demonstrated ability to drive results and influence without direct authority.


• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.


• Strong operational background bringing teams and functions together to improve efficiency.


• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and regions.


• Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency with productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word or equivalents.


• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including ownership of multi-team timelines and dependencies outside your reporting line.


• Experience integrating deliverables across engineering and operations, translating requirements across functions.


• Fluency with AI tools for drafting, summarizing, analysis, and accelerating delivery work with appropriate verification.


• Experience in a partner-facing or agency-facing program context.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of digital advertising and client's advertising products.


• Familiarity with incentive, rebate, or co-op marketing programs.


• Experience with partner or agency-facing platforms and related operational systems.
