Job Summary

- Serve as an end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM developer, responsible for design, development, configuration, integration, and deployment of HCM solutions.
- Work in a highly customized Oracle Cloud HCM environment, developing solutions from scratch to meet business requirements.
- Manage system architecture, workflow automation, compliance, integrations, and reporting to support HR and payroll operations.
- Build custom dashboards and reports, leveraging tools such as OTBI, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll errors and discrepancies using Fast Formulas and Payroll Flows.
- Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula for automation of payroll and recruitment processes.
- Develop custom solutions using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) PaaS services (VBCS, ATP, APEX, PL/SQL, etc.).
- Integrate Oracle HCM with web services and APIs; strong experience in API development and ETL processes required.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Optional: Support Oracle Cloud application security tasks if experienced in this area.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders; must be approachable and a cooperative team player.
- Remote position, contract (6 months to start, likely extension based on performance).
