SAP Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an SAP Program Manager in Tampa, FL.

Summary:
The Program Manager is accountable for planning, coordinating, and ensuring successful delivery of all objectives within a business transformation initiative. This role owns leadership communications, oversees project governance, and drives execution across all program workstreams to ensure outcomes are achieved.

Responsibilities:
* Own the planning and execution of the overall PMO framework, including governance, meeting and reporting cadence, risk and issue management, project controls, and maintaining momentum across all project activities
* Lead project escalations, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure mitigation actions are executed effectively
* Organize, structure, and facilitate all key program and team meetings
* Maintain the integrated master project plan and all supporting artifacts
* Manage executive and senior stakeholder relationships across the client organization
* Ensure governance alignment and adherence to the agreed-upon strategy or delivery playbook
* Deliver clear, accurate, and timely reporting to leadership
* Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, along with recommended mitigations

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-10 years of consulting experience (Big 4 or equivalent preferred)

Proven expertise in program leadership, including:
* Global SAP Transformations
* Business transformation design
* Program and project governance
* End-to-end project management, including budget ownership
* Project mobilization
* Cutover planning and execution

Strong understanding of:
* SDLC and business transformation lifecycles
* SAFe, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
* Program and project management tools, with the ability to quickly adopt new methods and technologies

Working knowledge of:
* Supply chain operations
* Organizational change management principles
* Enterprise data management

Experience creating and managing key artifacts, including:
* Integrated project plans and sub-plans across multiple tools
* Resource models across multiple tools
* Operational and management KPIs
* Life Sciences industry operations and regulatory experience strongly preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
