Summary

Requirements

2 or more years of experience in Learning Management System administration and application support.
Proficiency in troubleshooting SaaS platforms and diagnosing user access or performance issues.
Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems for incident management and tracking.
Experience in SCORM standards, course deployment, and content validation processes.
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including writing scripts and reporting defects.
Experience in generating technical usage reports and managing metadata standards like MARC.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Administer the enterprise Learning Management System and oversee daily platform operations.
Resolve technical support tickets regarding course delivery and system functionality.
Execute UAT test scripts to validate platform upgrades and implement system enhancements.
Manage the upload and configuration of online courses and learning content.
Analyze system usage data to generate performance reports for business stakeholders.
Facilitate the technical onboarding of new partners and support virtual event production.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user guides for the learning platform.
