SAP RTR Functional Analyst / Solution Architect

Job Title: SAP RTR Functional Analyst / Solution Architect S/4HANA Finance
Location: Lisle, IL (4 Days Onsite)

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP RTR Functional Analyst with strong S/4HANA Finance expertise to lead the design and architecture of complex Record-to-Report solutions. This role will be central to a major finance transformation initiative focused on consolidations, revenue recognition, banking integrations, and enterprise-scale finance architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect SAP RTR solutions across GL, sub-ledgers, intercompany, asset accounting, and period-end close.
• Lead Central Finance (CFIN) and SLT replication design, configuration, troubleshooting, and data flow management.
• Drive Multi Bank Connectivity (MBC) implementation including payment formats, bank integrations, and secure connectivity.
• Own SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) design including BRF+, contract management, performance obligations, and revenue recognition.
• Lead AP/AR solution design including invoice processing, payment runs, cash application, credit management, collections, and dunning.
• Configure and integrate SAP tax solutions including OneSource integration, tax codes, withholding tax, and reporting.
• Manage account determination configuration across FI/CO and integrated modules.
• Support financial consolidation design including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and group reporting.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross-functional teams on scalable finance architecture.
• Drive integrations with SD, MM, middleware, IDocs, and APIs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional and architectural designs.
• Support blueprinting, governance, deployment, and post go-live stabilization.

Required Skills

• Extensive SAP FI/CO experience on S/4HANA.
• Strong expertise in RTR processes, GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, intercompany, and close processes.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • SAP Central Finance (CFIN)
  • SLT replication
  • Multi Bank Connectivity (MBC)
  • SAP RAR
  • BRF+
  • OneSource integration
  • Account determination
  • Financial consolidations
  • IDocs, APIs, middleware integrations
• Strong integration experience with SD/MM.
• Experience working in large transformation or implementation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and solution architecture skills.
