Description SharePoint Developer (Fully Remote, Client-Facing)We're partnering with a growing, services-focused organization to bring on a
SharePoint Developer who enjoys working directly with clients and delivering modern collaboration solutions. This is a
fully remote role with high visibility and real ownership of projects.
What You'll Do- Design, build, and enhance SharePoint Online solutions tailored to client needs
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop custom components using SPFx, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and related M365 tools
- Configure SharePoint sites, libraries, permissions, and content types
- Support integrations with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide ongoing enhancements
- Participate in client meetings, demos, and solution walkthroughs
Requirements What We're Looking For- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online development
- Strong working knowledge of SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Comfort working in a client-facing role with clear communication skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
Nice to Have- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
- Exposure to Azure services or Microsoft Graph
- SharePoint migrations or modernizations
- UI/UX sensibility for clean, user-friendly solutions
