What you'll be doing...
DUTIES: Responsible for AI/ML applications implementation, performance tuning, and scaling (20%). Lead the cloud solutions planning, configuration, deployment, and operation (20%). Provide application design guidance to modernize existing applications or write new AI applications (20%). Lead reporting and analytical systems to solve Big Data problems that drive customer satisfaction throughout our business (10%). Build and handle machine learning pipelines on a Hadoop cluster to support any kind of model deployment on streaming or batch data using tools like PySpark and Jupyter Notebook (10%). Investigate, design, test and implement efficient software solutions (10%). Support new initiatives in 5G and Intelligent Edge Network work streams (10%).
What we're looking for...
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a software engineer, database engineer/administrator, consultant, or in a similar/related position. Experience therein to include 6 years with a scripting language like Python, Unix Shell, Perl, or JavaScript for automation of build tasks; 2 years in hosting an application on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), working with Big Data, PySpark, Jupyter, Kubernetes Engine, CI/CD tools like Concourse or Jenkins, and monitoring tools like App Dynamics, NewRelic, or Grafana; and 2 years working with large language models (LLMs), VectorDB, GraphDB, and finetuning LLMs, and model performance evaluation, including Retrieval, Generation, and other GenAI use cases. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

Where you'll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
