Business Analyst 4

• Responsible for leading business analysis, system planning, and project coordination activities to support IT initiatives.
• Acts as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements and implementations.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Expert-level skills in negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management experience.
• Extensive experience managing or collaborating on IT projects.
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative.
• Experience with technologies such as .NET, C#, SQL Server, ETL, PowerApps, relational databases, and CRM systems.

Experience:

• Experience with web application development, reporting, and data movement processes.
• Experience in data analysis, data profiling, mapping, and validation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning system changes and implementation of new systems.
• Analyze policies and procedures to identify system-related needs.
• Elicit and document business and technical requirements.
• Evaluate the impact of system changes on business operations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with sponsors.
• Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors.
• Develop and execute system testing strategies and schedules.
• Perform regression testing and validate system enhancements.
• Analyze testing defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate system deployment activities and release communications.
• Conduct release meetings and manage contingency plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Provide training to end users and assess training needs.
• Develop and evaluate training materials to ensure system adoption.

Should Have:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
